Buenos Aires, December 10, 2025 — The Argentine Taekwon-Do Federation (FEDART), affiliated with ITF Union, has officially announced a leadership transition, marking the beginning of a new chapter for ITFUNION Taekwon-Do in Argentina.
After a period of significant institutional growth, GM. Alcides Solis has concluded his term as President, handing over the leadership to MS. Néstor Fortunato (8th Dan), who assumes the presidency with a firm commitment to continue strengthening the development of Taekwon-Do throughout the country.
During his tenure, GM. Alcides Solis achieved considerable progress in consolidating FEDART’s organizational structure at the national level, leaving a solid foundation for future development.
The newly appointed President, MS. Néstor Fortunato, together with the full Board of Directors, reaffirmed their commitment to collaborative leadership and the continued advancement of the federation across all regions of Argentina.
This transition was carried out in full accordance with FEDART’s statutes, guaranteeing an orderly and transparent process, as well as the uninterrupted continuity of all technical, sports, and educational programs.
This new chapter sets a clear direction toward unity, growth, and consolidation — reinforcing Taekwon-Do as a way of life throughout the region.
