The Paraguay Taekwon-Do Federation has announced a leadership transition, marking a new phase of growth under the presidency of Sabum Nim Rodrigo Yeza (VI Dan), ensuring institutional continuity and the continued development of ITF Union Taekwon-Do in the country.

The Paraguay Taekwon-Do Federation (FETAP) has officially announced a change in its leadership, marking the beginning of a new institutional phase for ITF Union Taekwon-Do in Paraguay.
After four years of leadership, Sabum Nim Conrado Olivera (VI Dan) has concluded his term as President, handing over the role to Sabum Nim Rodrigo Yeza (VI Dan), who assumes the presidency with the commitment to continue strengthening the development of traditional Taekwon-Do in the country.
During his tenure, Sabum Nim Conrado Olivera achieved significant progress and established solid foundations, particularly in strengthening the organizational structure and expanding ITF Union Taekwon-Do nationwide, leaving a strong platform for future growth.
The newly appointed President, Sabum Nim Rodrigo Yeza (VI Dan), reaffirmed his commitment to collaborative leadership and institutional development. In his first official statement, he noted:
“We take on this responsibility with the conviction to work as a team, uniting efforts and capabilities to strengthen our federation and to expand the values of Taekwon-Do throughout the national territory.”
This leadership transition was carried out within the federation’s statutory framework, ensuring an orderly and transparent process that guarantees institutional continuity and the ongoing strengthening of technical, sporting, and educational programs.
