ITFU England hosted an outstanding International Instructor Course (IIC) in Coventry, led by GM Don Dalton (IX Dan) and supported by senior masters including Master Arsol, Master Beanland, Master Tzick, Master Iqbal, Master Pollefeyt, and Master Backer. The event featured strong attendance and celebrated the successful 5th Dan promotion of Sabum Clarke, who also played a vital role in organizing the course. The next IIC will take place in Canada next week.
Coventry, England, hosted an outstanding International Instructor Course (IIC) this weekend, bringing together some of the most respected figures of ITF Union for an exceptional day of high-level instruction, technical refinement, and international collaboration.
The course was led by Grandmaster Don Dalton (IX Dan), President of ITF Union, whose depth of knowledge and leadership set the tone for this remarkable event.
He was joined by an elite panel of Masters:
- Master Jo Arsol (VIII Dan) – ITFU Asia President
- Master Beanland (VIII Dan) – ITFU England President
- Master Tzick (VII Dan) – England
- Master Iqbal (VIII Dan) – England
- Master Pollefeyt (VII Dan) – ITFU Belgium President

Together, they delivered a dynamic and comprehensive course that highlighted technical excellence, instructor development, and the global unity that defines ITF Union.
A special moment of the day was the recognition of Sabum Clarke, whose tireless work made the event possible. Clarke also successfully tested for his 5th Dan, evaluated by Grandmaster Dalton, earning the admiration of all participants.
