Ten Years of ITF Union – A Legacy of Unity, Excellence, and Vision
The ITF Union Open World Championship Argentina 2025 will forever be remembered as a milestone in Taekwon-Do history.
For four unforgettable days —from October 9th to 12th— the Argentinos Juniors Stadium became the heart of unity, respect, and technical brilliance, hosting competitors from every corner of the world.
This edition held a special meaning, celebrating 10 years of ITF Union, a decade of growth, teamwork, and international expansion of Taekwon-Do as a philosophy of values and inclusion.
“Thank you for honoring this shared dream. The ITF Union Open World Championship Argentina 2025 is now part of our history — a history we have written together,” said an emotional Grand Master Fabián Pini, Chairman of the ITFU World Tournament Committee.
Throughout the championship, athletes displayed the very best of Taekwon-Do:
breathtaking fights, precise patterns, unified teams, and a competitive spirit that transcended borders.
The organization extended heartfelt gratitude to every competitor, instructor, master, and grandmaster for embodying the values of Taekwon-Do with courage, respect, and excellence.
Special recognition was also given to the international delegates, who brought diversity, culture, and unity to this unforgettable event, and to the families, spectators, sponsors, and partners whose support made everything possible.
“Every bow, every fight, every gesture was an act of community building. Every absence became motivation. Every step on the tatami left a mark in our living memory,” added Grand Master Pini.
The closing ceremony concluded with a powerful announcement: the next ITFU World Taekwon-Do Open Championship 2027 will take place in Lanzarote, Spain 🇪🇸, carrying forward the dream of a united global Taekwon-Do family.
“Thank you for being part of this journey. Thank you for believing. Thank you for uniting us,” concluded Grand Master Pini, sealing four days of pure emotion and a decade of legacy with a look towards the future.
